During designated breakout sessions in October, WCIT 2012 Congress delegates, working under the theme of "ONE Vision for a Global Digital Society", will have a chance to further discuss, filter, and prioritize the ideas that are generated during the World Tech Jam and to work toward developing the Global Digital Society Action Plan
