Welcome Message from the CEO

Dear WCIT 2012 Delegate,

On behalf of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance and the World Congress on Information Technology, I would like to thank you for your attendance to WCIT 2012 which was held in Montréal, Canada from October 22 to 24. The event was a success in so many ways and we appreciate your participation.

Almost 2,000 delegates from 62 counties came to WCIT 2012 to Think & Share on the opportunities that technology creates in key sectors of the economy. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that photos and video recordings will be available on our web site in the next few days.

Finally, those of you who attended the Closing Ceremony know that the next edition of the WCIT will take place in Guadalajara, Mexico in 2014. Under the theme “ICT Innovations for a Creative World, the WCIT 2014 organizing committee is looking forward to seeing you in Mexico!
